For time critical video clips, Qtelmedia records the content live, via satellite and is in a position to edit, encode and upload the clips, making them available within minutes of the event occurring.

For other video clips, Qtelmedia receives content via tape, CD, DVD, electronic transmission, etc. All editing and encoding parameters are pre-agreed with the associated Mobile Operator and Content Providers.
