Once processed, content is distributed across Qtelmedia's resilient content network. Qtelmedia has engaged multiple Tier 1 carriers and satellite providers to deliver Qtelmedia's content into each territory. Each carrier is selected on the basis of its ability to guarantee a diverse route from the Qtelmedia HQ datacentre, to the territorial datacentre. Qtelmedia deploys a minimum of two Tier 1 providers to deploy its network into each territorial datacentre.

Qtelmedia has developed the Qtelmedia Content Production Process to allow the ease of migration to new and evolving distribution standards for mobile phones, including digital video broadcast for handheld (DVB-H), once commercially viable.

All communications streaming and download infrastructure is configured to deliver 99.99% availability. This is achieved by clustering all equipment at all points throughout the Qtelmedia content network.
