		Mr. Majjid Bashir Ahmed Owner of Bristol Engineering Services, 104 Dubai Islamic Bank Building, Dubai Internet City, PO Box 500776, Dubai, UAE

		Mr. Eoghan Hynes Founder and controlling shareholder in the Xtratherm Group ( estd 1986 ) and European manufacturers of Thermal Insulation . Other activities include major interests in Mission Group UK – music producers & publishers and Hyloc Advanced Adhesives (est.1996) - UK based world wide distributor of Cyanoacrylate adhesives.

		Mr. Michael Clinton – IRL – Group CEO Owner-manager of companies in Ireland and Europe. Other business activities include Insurance, Corporate Investment and Internet/Software.

		Mr. Saleem Altaf – UAE – Group Director Indian National Executive with Bristol Engineering Services . Mr Altaf overseas local Qtelmedia operations in the UAE.

		Mr Michael Jacob – IRL Extensive business experience as Executive , Non - Executive Director of a wide range of businesses , Non - Executive Director since 2007.

		Mr Patrick Stewart – IRL Extensive media and business experience. Qtelmedia founder and original promoter; Non-Executive Director since July 2009.

OUR MANAGEMENT

Mr. Niall Deegan

Technical Director

with the organisation since its inception and a resident of Dubai, Mr Deegan is the original developer of the technology platform upon which Qtelmedia systems operate (patents pending in the USA, Europe and India) and been responsible for all implementation and upgrade work in both Malaysia and Dubai. Based in Malaysia Mr Deegan manages Group R & D and new projects.

Mr. Chris Schmidt

Head of Global Content

worked in non-theatrical licensing and production for ten years before joining Qtelmedia at its inception. Negotiates all content agreements and has strong relationships with all the major corporations in the broadcasting industry worldwide.

Mr. Hani Ghaith

General Manager MENA

has worked in the Telecom industry from 1999, starting from the mobile devices all the way to quadruple play Applications passing through Transmission and Core technologies. Leading diverse multicultural teams to research and deliver services catering for Internet, Mobile, and Fixed customers.

Ms. Samantha Lim

Country Manager, Malaysia

joined Qtelmedia in 2007 as Content Manager and now overseeing the company’s mobile tv services deployed in two Malaysian mobile operators since 2010. A trained legal professional, Ms Lim also has ten years experience driving sales in local advertising media, and worked for the Associated Press in regional sales in the Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesian print and new media market.

Ms. Bernadette Shannon

Group Financial Controller

Experienced Management/Project Accountant formerly with the Xtratherm Group. Based at HQ in Ireland she works with local accountants at each of the Group’s locations.
