Qtelmedia has a dedicated, multi-lingual video alert engine enabling the production of video clips, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All clips are available in multiple Codecs and multiple bit rates, delivering a handset independent service.
For time critical video clips, Qtelmedia provides an upload interface for the content provider that enables the automatic encode and upload of the clips, making them available within minutes of the event occurring.
All content managed and encoded by the Qtelmedia platform is fully rights cleared and can be made available for either streaming or download on mobile or on the internet.
